Welcome to Woodside Cottages of Bayfield!

Open year-round, we are here to provide you with a special place to call “home” while you visit Bayfield. We have furnished our Cottages with your comfort in mind, from basic to luxurious amenities. Our Cottages are prepared and equipped for you as “light housekeeping cottages” ~ We do not provide daily housekeeping services as we respect your need for privacy during your stay. We offer Woodside Cottages to you as an extension of our home, and we want you to relax and enjoy your Cottage as our guest while you spend your days exploring.

We are a 1-mile drive into downtown Bayfield or 1 1/2-mile hike on the beautiful Brownstone Trail which runs along the brownstone cliffs of Lake Superior on an old railroad bed. In and around town, enjoy the treats and cuisines unique to Bayfield, quaint shops and art galleries, catch the ferry to Madeline Island, tour the Apostle Islands, learn about Bayfield and its maritime heritage, visit the beautiful fruit farms and orchards, and participate in the many recreational activities available.
